This policy explains what personal data Renomy collects on renomy.eu, why, and what rights you have. It applies to the free audit form and to email you send us.

What we collect
When you request an audit we receive the details you type into the form:
- your name, if you give it;
- your work email address;
- the name or Google Maps link of your business.
Our server also records your IP address for up to one hour to stop automated spam. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we add them later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To prepare the audit you asked for and send it to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To answer your follow-up questions about our services. Legal basis: the same.
- To protect the form from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not add you to a newsletter.
Who receives it
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and processes form requests: [hosting provider name and data centre country].
- Our email provider: [email provider name].
- Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which we use for internal notifications about new requests. Telegram processes data outside the European Economic Area.
Where data leaves the EEA, the transfer is necessary to handle the request you made (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) or is covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep contract records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@renomy.eu and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
